Hi, everyone, welcome to our blog! I am a member of HEYS- Helena, Elly, Yein and Stanley. I am Elly, Tai Yi Lee. This is my first blogging experience. I always wish to blog since long time ago but I am just not courageous enough to do so as I feel that I am not that good in expressing my thought. My friends say so. That’s why. But anyway, thanks to this assignment, I get my first step out.

I am a normal girl from Johor Bahru. For me, KL is actually nothing much different from JB, I adapt my life here well, or maybe this is because of I got nice companions here. I came Utar together with 6 of my classmates in high school and now we live under one roof! They always take good care of me and I love them so so much!

I have just passed my 21st birthday which means that I am getting older! Sigh! Anyway, I am the youngest in my family. I have a father, a mother, an elder brother and an elder sister who love me very much! I always feel that I m a blessed girl to have them and I appreciate what I have owned.

I love travelling and shopping much! But these will need to spend a lot. During my free time, I will do some net surfing. The website that I most visit is www.facebook.com where I could keep my friends updated. I also use www.google.com or www.yahoo.com to search some information that is available in other websites. These search engines have helped me a lot in doing my assignment and solved problems. I would browse to www.jbtalks.cc – the largest Chinese forum in JB too when I am free. Sometime I will do some online shopping there. www.youtube.com is also one of the websites that I always visit. I learn a lot of interesting thing and gain a lot of knowledge that is not available in books.

Halo...Everyone! My name is Teng Shi Siang, you can call me Stanley or Coke. Welcome to our “hEyS” blog.

I am an ordinary boy that comes from Johor Bahru. Johor Bahru is a place that very near Singapore. That why when I were in secondary school, I would always go shopping, playing, and watching the concert in Singapore.

Obviously, one of my hobbies is shopping. I like the fashion very much. Sometimes, I can even find a day that “sink” in the shopping centre for whole day and look what they wear and how they dressed up themselves. Besides that, I’m also like the outdoor activity such as swimming. When I was free, I would date some of my swim mates that swim at my condo swimming pool. For me, swimming is a very good exercise that can release my stress when I am annoyed by assignment and test.


As the world change, internet has become part of my life. Sometime I wonder that what will happen to my life without internet. Nowadays, I think most of us also can’t live without the computer and internet.

Helena Lim Sin Yee

I, Helena Lim Sin Yee who represented by the alphabet “H”, 21 years old, a girl who came from a very beautiful and historical city, Malacca. I have a talent in singing (according to my friends) so I love singing so much (seem like not relating). Not only singing, listening various type of music such as pop songs, classics and rap songs is also my favorite hobby. Let me tell you some very famous and are also my favorite artists… They are Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Black Eyed Peas, and Kenny G. This hobby can really help me to reduce my stress, refresh my mind and relaxing myself.

Other than this, as an E-generation, surfing to the internet can be said as an essential part of our life. Therefore, I am surfing internet everyday if not I could not sleep at the night. By surfing these websites, I can get a lot of information such as latest movies, songs and fashion so that I will not be outdated. Hi everyone. I am Chu Yein, a 22 years old girl and also a ‘purely’ KL resident. I loved to eat sweet things. Regarding my hobbies, watching TV is my favourite hobbies in my life. Almost everybody watches TV some time every day making it perhaps the most common hobby in modern society. Watching TV can increase our knowledge of the world, give us information to improve our lives and provide a lot of fun. I still remember clearly when I saw African tribes on the screen. I was fascinated by the marvellous jungles, the colourful weapons, the fierce animals and the fantastic wild game. Besides I also loved to watch animation as well as drama. Never mess up with nice TV programme.

Nowadays, surfing the internet is common for everyone included me. I am really enjoying the benefits of surfing the internet such as for leisure and knowledge purpose.
